How long does my subscription last?
All customers enrolling in Subscribe for Deals will be enrolled indefinitely! This means that you’ll receive your selected products at the frequency of your choice, for as long as you choose, or until you cancel your Subscribe for Deals subscription.
What delivery frequency can I select?
You have the following options:
- 30 days - 30 days from the date of enrollment
- Monthly - 1 month from date of enrollment (please note, this differs from 30 days because this option will deliver products on the same date of each month as your enrollment date)
- 45 days
- 60 days
- Quarterly (every 3 months on the same date of the month as your enrollment date)

How do I enroll in Subscribe for Deals?
All you have to do is login or create a Customer Account on your Partner’s personal website or www.pureromance.com. After that, search for one of the eligible Subscribe for Deals products and select the SUBSCRIBE option to add it to your cart as a Subscribe for Deals reoccurring order. After you’ve subscribed to eligible products, you may continue shopping and add additional items to your shopping bag that are not part of Subscribe for Deals. Complete the checkout process to place your order and finalize your enrollment!
How am I charged for my Subscribe for Deals subscription?
You can save a card on file in your account to be automatically charged before your order processes and ships. If your card declines or expires, we’ll send you an email and ask that you update your account information. We’ll make two more attempts to charge your card; and after the third attempt, if you don’t update your information, your Subscribe for Deals order will be skipped for that month.
How does it work if I subscribe to more than one Subscribe for Deals product?
Each product is its own subscription, which gives you the flexibility to change or edit one product but leave the rest as-is. Keep in mind that if you’re making changes to more than one product, you’ll have to select your changes for each product individually. You’ll receive an email 10 days before your order processes and ships, letting you know that you have 5 days to make any changes to your order before it processes and ships.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, simply log into your account and select the product(s) you want to skip. Upon login, navigate to the Subscribe for Deals option in the account menu. Remember, all changes must be made 5 days prior to your order’s processing date.
Can I change my product and/or fragrance throughout the program?
Yes, simply log into your account, head to Subscribe for Deals under your account menu, and edit the product/fragrance you want for your next shipment. Remember, all changes must be made 5 days prior to your order’s processing date.
Do I have to purchase my first Subscribe for Deals-eligible product(s) at full-price before I am eligible for the Subscribe for Deals discount?
No! By saying “yes, I want to keep this product coming!” and enrolling in Subscribe for Deals, your order will automatically receive the special discounted price. Your future Subscribe for Deals orders will have this discount applied, too!
Can I purchase my first product directly from my Partner then receive additional deliveries at a discount via Subscribe for Deals?
No. You can make your purchase off your Partner’s personal website and enroll in Subscribe for Deals there, but orders purchased directly from a Pure Romance Partner won’t qualify you for a Subscribe for Deals discount or as an enrollment.
How do I cancel my Subscribe for Deals subscription?
We’d hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel for any reason, simply log in to your account, select the Subscribe for Deals option under account menu, and select each subscription item individually and cancel. Remember, each item you have in your Subscribe for Deals is its own subscription, so you can either cancel one or all of the items to which you’ve subscribed. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the day of your order processing.
Is Subscribe for Deals available in all countries?
Subscribe for Deals is available in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
