All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). Pure Romance ships all packages via UPS and offers three shipping methods for your convenience.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Pure Romance experience. If you have any questions regarding your order, please call 1-866-ROMANCE.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep this in mind when choosing Next-Day or 2-Day shipping.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your UPS tracking number. To track your order, visit our Order Status Page. Make sure to have your order number, email address and the billing zip code for your order.
Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
Should an order be returned to us by UPS/USPS SurePost as undeliverable, we will make every effort to contact the customer in an effort to re-ship the order to a valid address. Should we not receive a valid address to re-ship the package to within 48 hours of initial attempt to contact, the order will be restocked subject to a 20% (of product total) restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded on returned un-deliverable orders.
TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM
Call Customer Service at 1-866-ROMANCE to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
